Description
Before: KEITH and MARTIN, Circuit Judges; and McRAE, District Judge.* Order Erlene Russell appeals from the denial of her claim for disability and supplemental income benefits pursuant to sections 216(i), 223, and 1602 of the Social Security Act. 42 U.S.C. §§ 416(i), 423, and 1383(c)(3). The claimant applied for benefits on March 20, 1979 alleging that her assorted physical and psychological impairments rendered her disabled on April 22, 1978. The administrative law judge determined that Ms. Russell was not disabled within the meaning of the Act; this became the final decision of the Secretary of Health and Human Services. Ms. Russell appeals, contending that the administrative law judge's decision is not supported by substantial evidence and that the administrative law judge improperly applied the ""grid."" Because we find the claimant's arguments to be without merit, we affirm the judgment below.
